Can't have right sideboxes on my template

Hi All,
Hoping someone can help me with this little problem. I have decided I want some sideboxes on the right side of my site as well as the left but for some reason my templates not allowing it. Is there anything else I need to adjust. I have turned collum right global on and tried to add a sidebox but it hasn't created the space on my site to do it.

I think I have realised what it is, on browsing some of my pages it looks fine on some pages. I think it's some of my content forcing the sidesbox over the right edge, content that can't be compressed.

I see the right side column in IE and FF.

Your main_page images are too wide now = pushing right sidebox out.

Next question is, is there an easy way to increase that white space (content space), So I can make room for right hand sideboxes?

If you wish to increase the main white space, I beleive it is entitled center column in your main stylesheet.

centerColumn {
margin: 0 auto/*5px 0 5px*/;
padding: 1em;
font-size: 1.2em;
width: 550px

If you change this it will throw your sideboxes out more than likely, the width of these can be changed in the admin>configuaration>layout settings...

Hi Stiggy Thanks for your response, I was just wondering maybe an easier way would be to just edit the background, after all i created it all I should need to do is increase the white space by shifting the 2 pink borders further apart.....

Good job on the creation, looks very good! Im certainly not qualified to offer advice but I do try as although Im pretty amatuer, so many people have helped me so I like to try and put a contribution back.

I run my total page width at a fixed 909 pixels and that seems to give me plenty of room without sacrificing web traffic still on narrow resolutions...

Ive kind of solved its left my site a little off center but it has solved the issue.... Do you think it makes my site layout look stupid? would there have been a better way to do it?

I think you need to center it to be honest...

I'll look into it and see if I can find how to do it, It cant be anything too difficult to do...

Hi Stiggy your site is really nice I love colours. Prefferably that's how I'd like the layout of my site as wide as this fitting sideboxes on both sides and all looking central. I might try your suggestion. Increase the width in the stylesheet and play about with the sideboxes till it looks right...
