No order Confirmation when using language pack

Hi, i have a zen site lastest version, with a monster template on top, everything works great other than, i have installed a few language packs recently, one of them is italian. Again everything is fine other than when a customer checks out in Italian, i dont not recieve a confirmation order, neither does the customer. Also the other day i had someone pay with Nochex (in Italian) and i didnt recieve the confirmation OR the order in the system. I had to email them to find out what it was. The only reason i knew it was an order was because the Nochex Conf came through.

Hope someone can help as i realy need my language packs to work.

are you sure your langauge pack includes such things?

thats a good point, but i would have thought that all versions of zen would include the same features or at least use the default settings i.e send a order confirmation for an order. The language packs i have have nochex and paypal payment modules in them, so it should work. I think it something to do with the Paypal & Nochex callback confirmation somehow. i.e. when the purchase is completed the IPN from Paypal is not being seen by the language packs. It does work when you make a purchase in English.
