Error on sending newsletter

Hi,

I am getting this error every time I send out newsletters:

Warning: strstr() [function.strstr]: Empty delimiter. in /home/apikhar/public_html/includes/functions/functions_email.php on line 103

I don't know how this error came to place. Does anyone know how to fix it?

In your languages files (email_extras.php), you've made the EMAIL_SPAM_DISCLAIMER blank. Put something in there, and that error should go away.

Thank you very much. I've changed it. It was blank before.
