Urgent: Can't access admin settings

Hi, we can't access Tools > Admin settings suddenly. It has stopped working and keeps going to the catalog homepage. Please help.

Before installing admin profiles we remember it was working. After installing admin profiles, it has stopped working for some reason. We then uninstalled admin profiles but the problem is still there. How did this happen? What do we do to make the admin settings accessible again?

If you remove it does everything start working again?

We checked with our host and they confirmed that they did not do any upgrade. We don't understand why we can't access Tools > Admin settings. Please help us.

Since there are no overrides in Admin, I would just try re-uploading the whole admin folder with files, overwriting what's there. You would lose any admin-related mods.

Hi, that's not very helpful. We restored what we did but it does not work.
