Default Getting rid of the "->" in the category listing

    Hello Everyone,

After a lot of work and several trials and tribulations I think I'm close to being able to start adding my products (woo-hooo ). I'm just cleaning up a few loose ends now. One of which is the category box which always has a right facing arrow after my category name (i.e. ->). Can someone pleeeease tell me how to remove that.

I'd also like to know how to change the webpage description. What I mean is when you pull up my webpage, at the top in blue is a description that still says Zen Cart!, The Art of e-Commerce. Again I'm askign for anyone's help in how to change that as well. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!

BTW, version is 1.3.8a and the url is www.ponypartsexpress.com

    Admin> Configuration> Layout Settings

I would suggest getting familiar with the functions of all of those "switches"
