Easy way to backup everything?

I found the Backup MYSQL Plugin, which looks like it backs up just the database. Right? Is there an equivalent tool that will backup all the files with a click of the button? Something quicker than a complete FTP from the remote to the local server?

also , your hosting control panel should have backup tool .. usually within your file manager .. where you can select root folder and download everything as a zip or tar file .
