Problem changing Shipping Address

Installed the new version of FEC 4.1, however when testing it I used a different shipping address then the billing everything seems to work ok until I go to admin, it is not showing the different shipping address on the order.

I also does not show the different address in any emails that are sent, however the customers address book does show both addresses.

This happens both when I cowoa and when I create an account.

Correct shipping address is showing on the checkout page but is not being saved to the order.

I also have found that I can change the billing address during checkout but cannot change the shipping address from the primary address.

Can someone point me in the direction of the file.files that control this?

Ok I found I can change the address thru super orders and it stays. But if the customer tries to change it no luck the database still only shows the primary address on the order.

Had it happen on an order this morning, called the customer and I coul see the address he wanted to ship to but had to manually change it, in the order.
