Category Image not showing up

Fresh install of 1.3.8. Cannot get category image to come up only the description. I have a new design up on the store BUT the image does not come up when using the template either. Not sure where I should be checking to see why this is not working...

This category is the only one with an image added to it thus far. Images come up fine everywhere else...

If you switch to the Classic Template do you see the image?

No. And I tried reinstalling the classic and default templates in case something went wacky on me there. I did discover when doing a view source on the page the the CategoryImgListing tag is not there, yet it IS in the 2 files and the spreadsheet so I am totally baffled.

Any thoughts? I had the same thing with the title bar earlier. Code was there and name was there but it still said HOME_PAGE_TITLE. I reuploaded the metatags.php file and it fixed it. But no luck on this image issue that way...

I was hoping it did show up on Classic so I could go to the template folks and make them fix it

I didn't post anything but what is on the page??? What else showed up in there? I'm confuzzled...I don't even know where to find the zenid or the zenAdminID. HELP!!!! LOL...man am I having a day of it!!
