Setup Gift Boxing

On http://niagaraicewineshop.com I have a need for a Gifting catagory.
But this catagory is not going to hold any items, just a form on email link to send the request so it can be processed.
Is there a better way to do this than how I have it setup currently?

It currently shows "There are no products to list in this category." and I don't want it do that but still want it to look and be functional.

It will not.
We want to be able to have customer place an order simply by emailing or submitting a form with what they want and where they want it sent. And include their billing info of course, or at minimum there contact info so we can contact them to process the order.

Perhaps you'd be better served creating an EZ-page for that, rather than creating a category.

I think that is what I'm going to do as I've also just received an email to add "Special Requests" to the site also so I'll look into integrating both as an EZ page.
I have the manual so i'll take it to work to read up on EZ-pages.
