Download Problem

Hello,
I have searched the Zen Cart forums, I haven't found any posts that cover my download issue, just a few similar download problems, not exactly like mine, and I thnk this is a bug, hope I posted in the right place. I am using a new installation of the current version 1.3.8a, the only addon I have is telephone_not_required_on_signup_1-0, my store url http:// nkartshop .us, and the hosting is Hosting24.

I configured Zen Cart for downloading zip files, some files are just a few megabytes, some over 200 megabytes and available after PayPal payment confirmation. The problem doesn't occur on every order, just only on a few orders, the customer is redirected from Paypal back to the store, to access the download(s), the customer hits the download button, only a few kb is downloaded, and of course the customer tries to open the file, then they recieve an error message that the file is corrupt or damaged. This problem doesn't happen everytime, but when it does, I have to give them a direct download link, and not sure if the customer will return. I have placed test orders, clicked the download button, and download only a few kb. I can close internet explorer, click the link in order confirmation email from the site, instead of clicking the download button, I can right click the button, save target as, and I can get the full download. I hope I can get this problem resolved, so I can expect my customers to return, and not be afraid to download from my site. Below are my attribute settings, just in case I am over looking a setting:

What method for dowloading are you using???
By redirect avoids the php limits

But it is Best to break up a large file into parts

Do you have gzip compression enabled? what happens if you disable it?
Which browsers encounter the problem? Which ones have you tested?
