Link inside an EZPage

Hey everyone, I am having trouble creating a link to jump to a particular portion of my EZ Page (version 1.3.7.1). For example:

<li><a href="#satellite">Are your satellite images unique?</a></li>

Will jump to:

<li><a name="satellite"></a>Yes. Each map is designed in-house by Newport Geographic using...</li>

Zen cart will automatically append http://www.ng3.framingengine.com/#satellite

which sends me off of the page.

I am only using the plain text editor, so I am pretty sure it is not a TinyMCE problem. Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
