    Default Cookies Log In and PayPal

    I hadn't noticed this until I just did a weekly test.

    Before I upgrade to 1.3.8 didn't Zen Cart require cookies to be enabled before you could log in or create an account?

    I ask because now when I do a test purchase - I log in and go to Checkout in PayPal. But PayPal just gives me an error page. If I enable cookies it will go into PayPal fine.

    Did something change since v. 1.2.7?

    What's worse is that PayPal doesn't indicate to turn cookies on and Zen Cart doesn't ask for them either when logging in. Any ideas on how to get Zen to ask for cookies to be enabled, before checkout?

    Default Re: Cookies Log In and PayPal

    Anyone have any idea on this? It also haappens with PayPal Express. I called up PayPal and they were of no help. They didn't even understand what a cookie was.

    The error page comes up with this when you try and check out without cookies;

    'Sorry — your last action could not be completed'

    If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

    etc...
