Problem: COWOA assumes that the billing and shipping address are the same!

I'm using the COWOA mod and it seems to work fine except for one thing.
It assumes that the billing and shipping address are the same.
If you edit the billing address to be the shipping address then the payment gateway we use in the cart will fail as it verifies the billing address.
We need to be able to have the option to use the billing address as the shipping address or have a separate shipping address while keeping the billing address in tact.
Is there a way to do this?

Duh, I see the button now that allows you to edit the SHIPPING information. Is there a way to change the color so it stands out more?

Is there a way to change the color of the "Change Address" on the shipping page so it stands out more?
