Just a little update, I had the fuel surcharge populated and the residential field populated which were returning higher rates then what I receive from FedEx. It seems these fields are no longer necessary and should be left at "0" The rates being returned by FedEx have those charges already in them, so populating them is only taking on an additional charge.

Also my discounted rates are being returned, with no modification to the module.
