    Default Download icon only showing in IE

    I am in the process of testing the download process with a newly installed version of ZenCart. When the transaction is complete, I can only see the "download now" icon in IE and not in Firefox, Safari or Opera. Has anyone else seen this issue? This is especially puzzling since IE's reputation is more "buggy" than the other browsers!
