Cannot make changes to payment modules

Hi,

I have my shop almost 100% up-and-running (www.alwayssafe.nl)but I'm stuck with the payment modules in the admin section. For some reason I don't see the right hand column to make changes when I select an option. Could this be an installation issue (some php files missing)? All other functionality works fine...

I'm going crazy trying to fix this but I'm truly stuck. Any hints are very welcome...

You can try reloading(FTP) all the /admin files
There are very few modules that modify core admin files but you should know what modules you have installed

Well, the only module I tried to install is iDeal. That may have caused it like you say, but I'm reluctant to overwrite the entire zencart installation. I fear I will lose all my settings/ template layout/ etc...

Not the entire installation - - Just the /admin folder

Re-uploading the /admin files will not bother your settings - The settings are stored in the database, separately from the files.

Well, I uploaded the complete admin files again. Strangely, I had to manually add configure.php and the folders for dutch language. Still, the admin section works again, but with with the same problem like before. I have added a screenshot of the 'problem-page'.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Confused on how you did this as a distribution has no configure.php file SO over loading new files would not have altered the file that was there nor your dutch lang files as they also are not in a std distribution???????

I had a friend of mine with more technical baggage take a look at it and after some testing he says it has to do with my server host. He did a clean install on his own server, which worked fine. Then he did the exact same install on my server and he gets the same problem with the payment module. Attached are two screenshots of my server setting (mochahost.com). They don't 'provide support on third party products', so I really hope you can tell me if there is something I can change here...

They don't 'provide support on third party products

When and if you get serious about your online business it may be prudent to align youself with a host that does suport ZenCart
There might and most likely will be other more critical server configuration issues like for payment connecting etc
