Changing product layout

I am using the latest version of zencart. I want my main page centerbox to look like the screen shot attached. not the border around the box but the way the products are laid out. closer together. i thought i found the right file but apparently not.

If you want "Featured Products" you must create them as featured
admin > catalog > Featured Products > add

For others & columns per row:

admin > config > Index Listing > New Products Columns per Row
admin > config > Index Listing > Featured Products Columns per Row
admin > config > Index Listing > Special Products Columns per Row

ok that worked however is there a way to change the width of that entire center box so the images will be closer together? and remove the special by month box altogether so i will just use featured products?

What ZenCart version is this?
It may be your template but your featured is not contained in a css named/addressable format as it is in a default install/template

To change the width of the centre box you need to define a fixed width to the #mainWrapper . .............. For a site like yours, try something like 980px;

New Products For June will be a simple setting in Admin.......... configuration/index listing/Show New Products on Main Page
