ZC selects FedEx Ground s/b be Home, Why

I am using zc1.3.8a with FedEx shipping mod 1.3.7 and it provides the correct rates. I have noticed sometimes on a address that should be FedEx Home rate it will decide this address is FedEx Ground thus not adding in for residential charge giving customer a bargin on shipping.

What determined the mod using Home over Ground? Is this part of mod in the shopping cart or does FedEx determine this and return it to the cart?

Below is an address that zencart returns as FedEx Ground

Mercersburg, PA 17236

When you enter it into FedEx to print shipping label it makes you select FedEx Home.

Would someone explain this to me.

make sure that they dont have ANYTHING ( even a blank space ) in the company name field....

thats what triggers the difference between ground and home
