Site Overlay Error using Simple Google Analytics

I'm getting a funny error when trying to do a site overlay. Everything else within analytics seems to be working just fine, but I need to see what people are clicking on!

20002: Access denied. Please try relaunching site overlay from the report.

Any idea why I'm getting this error?

I hope you have found your answer. I came across this thread while searching for the same problem. The two things I have come across are:

1. Clear cookies and try again

2. Access Google Analytics from http://analytics.google.com.

Number 2 was the answer for me.
