hide address/telephone number

Hi there, i wonder if someone could advise me please. My site is purely email based for products, I definately do not need to know a customers address or contact number.

I found an easy signup 2 mod, that looked great but you have to overwrite your english.php which i have edited a lot. I backed up up, overwrote it and lost all my edits temporarily.

Could someone guide me on how to remove the fields from the sign up form, after making the admin panel changes?
