Home page failed to display after amending html_output.php

Hello All,

My homepage failed to display after amending html_output.php file as the latest security patch. Browser statues shown done, but blank page was displayed.

Furthermore, there are two files sharing the same file name: security_patch_v138_20090619.php

1 sized 530Bytes the other one sized 257bytes, which one do I use?

I have changed the admin URL to enhance security, will this action caused the above problem?

I have a feeling you sent the patch files to /includes/

instead of

/admin/includes/

When you unzipped the file, you should have told it to retain the built-in foldernames. That way you would see which folders each file belongs in, and then you could use that same structure as a guide for uploading the changes from your PC to your server, one by one.
