On some of the add-ons that were installed.. when I go to access them from the admin area I get the error:
Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.
Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.

You have admin profiles installed but you haven't checked some of the boxes for some new things you've installed. Login as the first admin and fix this.
