Have already installed pci_patch_v13x_search.php into /includes/extraconfigures.
There is there a previous patch: security_patch_v138_20080919.php
Should I leave it there?
Any conflicts between these?
This pci scan addition is welcome as I have had tons of problems with scan companies running into false positives.

Both patches are independent of each other and both should be applied. That's why the filenames are different.
