My logo disapeared after installing mod - COWOA

My logo disapeared on my website after installing this mod: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...ithout_Account

I just cant figure out why this happend..?

My webshop is: www.bilkabel.com its Norwegian.. I cant figure out which file i overwrited that caused this..?

Would realy appriciate some help here..!

I got backup, so it wont be a problem getting it back, but I realy need that mod.

Maybe its because i got 1.3.7 and the mod is for 1.3.8?
