Some product images not showing up

Hello there
A friend has zencart setup and after adding some new products last night many images are not showing up anymore. The images he added do not work but also some images which he did not alter at all. I tried chmod 777 on the images folder but was no use. The images are there in the images folder but some of them will just not show up. Any ideas on how to resolve this ?.

Sometimes, a file gets corrupted - either during "transit" to the server, or on the server itself. (Not common, but a power "spike" at your host can wreak havoc). If you FTP a "faulty" image (one that is not displaying) and try to open it in a browser window, what happens?

This is the site here t h e h o m e b r e w c o m p a n y .ie/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=62_63&products_id=198 . The image file is in images directory so not sure whats wrong. Would be grateful if you could have a look.

giving your images such ridiculously convoluted names such as:

THBC 099 [640x480].jpg

is likely to be the problem.

FILENAMES - including image names - should be restricted to alphanumeric characters only, without spaces - preferably all lower case too. The [ and ] are a definite NO-NO.

Fix this naming debacle and your problem may resolve itself.
