Missing Checkout Buttons

I am having some customers tell me that they cannot proceed through the checkout process.
When checkout is opened the Button to continue on to Step 2 is missing.

I cannot figure out why the button is visible to some and not to others.
The site is http://www.lollyworld.com.au.

Any help with a solution is appreciated.

We have the same problem. I'm trying to get my client to get HER clients to tell her what browser they are using when this happens, but she keeps getting answers that aren't even browsers or the people don't respond.

I have established that even if we log in AS one of these people, we can't reproduce the error in Firefox or IE (the latest of both) so I'm thinking it is an older IE or safari or something...

I'll let you know when we know more!
