Insert text (or images) between products

On my product listing page, I would like to insert some text periodically, and sometimes even an image. I'm looking to put in quick description of the few products that follow. I don't want to put them in individual subcats, because there are only two to four products that would fall into the subcat, requiring my customers too many clicks to view them all. Is there any way I can insert some text between products in a listing?

Such as

Text 1
- Product 1
- Product 2
- Product 3
Text 2
- Product 4
- Product 5
Text 3
- Product 6
- Product 7
- Product 8

... not without custom coding - and I think this would be complex? Where is this additional text stored? How is it to be called into the page? Under what conditions (if-statements) is it displayed? This is complicated stuff...

in my case, it is always displayed. The cart software I use now allows me to create a product that is for description purposes only - a dummy product. I put my text in here. No add to cart button or qty's display - just the text. I can put plain text or html. It's been very useful, so I was hoping for something similar in ZC.

So it would look like

Product1
Product2
Dummy Product for info purposes only
Product3
Product4
Dummy Product

etc.

I don't use it, but will Document - Product do this for you? Perhaps another zenner that knows the nature of Document - Product can help... or look in the FAQ...
