problem creating account

I have a small problem in my shop in the form of create account no buttons appear to complete the form, this text only appears ENTRY_SOURCE

Have you changed to a different template, or language?

Go back to CLASSIC TEMPLATE (choose this in ADMIN>>>TOOLS>>>TEMPLATE SELECTION) and see if the problem is still there. If it is fixed when using CLASSIC template, then you have a faulty/missing file or image resource in your custom folders.

Thanks for responding, I did what you wrote and everything is fine with the default template but to change my template again error.

I'll check the default file to see what's wrong
