1. At Contact Us page, show something wrongly like the following picture, How to remove it



2. When I check order Paypal status show red cross not notify customer yet, but I sure Paypal already sent email to customer.

3. Where I can change customer notifications (order confirmation/update etc ) use my own words

1. configuration>my store>Store Address and Phone

2. that red X just means that the customer was not notified of that update. Just a confirmation for your records.

3. Actually have to edit each file manually I believe. There are no define pages for those. You can however add any comments that you like to the customer when you change or update any order status.
