I want to rename my template, but after that, I got bank sides box and header. Which file should I change if I want it another name.

Are you sure you changed all the custom folder names?
Did you change the information in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/template_info.php?
Did you reset the sideboxes in the admin?
