May I redirect the european customers to [email protected](paypal account A) and american customers to [email protected] .(paypal account B)
depending on their IP or their shipping zone or something?

That's not a built-in feature of Zen Cart.
You'd have to write a quite a bit of custom code to make that happen.
Sharing one PayPal account across many stores is easy, but not the other way around..
