We have a client who can no longer receive orders via Paypal Express.
Her site opened with version 1.38a a few months ago, and we applied the security patch and changed her admin folder name on June 29th. However, on July 2nd, her customers started writing her telling her that they could not make payments via Paypal Express. The orders received in the three days in between were all processed as normal.
I've tested this myself, and here's the process I get:
1) Add item to the cart, and view the cart page, as a logged-in customer.
2) Click on the Paypal Express button to go to Paypal, and login as normal.
* At this point, I *sometimes* get caught in a Paypal login loop; one time it looped only once, another time it looped multiple times.
3) When it does make it past the Paypal login page to Step 2 of the checkout process, I select the shipping process as normal.
4) The confirm page also looks normal, however, when I click the confirm button it takes me back to the Paypal login screen, and there is no way back to the shop from there.
Apart from the upgrade on the 29th, we've made no other changes to the site. I've switched her to the standard Paypal IPN processor so that she can remain open, and a test order did work, so now I'm not sure if it's her Paypal account as I had initially suspected.
