Missing Add to Cart Buttons

I have Zencart 1.3.8. I've had some issues the last few days with the Add to Cart Buttons. It seems like all of a sudden I noticed the buttons were missing from my website? This was a Template Monster I just got customized, as far as shipping, payment options, layout, etc.

I was working with Template Monster Tech Support, and they told me the code was apparently missing from the Zencart, and it didnt work in the "Classic" mode either.

What they mentioned is that I would need to reinstall Zencart, and then reinstall my template?

What I'm afraid of, is that I do NOT want to lose all of these settings....i.e. payment, shipping, product options, etc. that I spent hours setting up. If I have to do a reinstall on my server, which is Go Daddy, will I lose ALL of these custom options? I know you can do a backup on Go Daddy, but never done that before and wasnt sure what customizations I would possibly lose?

Scott,

In your admin go to Catalog, then Product Types.
Select Edit for Products General.
Is there a check in the box under This product can be added to cart?

Yes, I've messed around with those settings, going back and forth setting them to try and get these Add to Cart buttons back. Its very frustrating, especially after I've done all this customization for shipping options, payments product layouts, etc. I've "checked" it and "unchecked" it several times to see if I could get it back. No luck!

My Store Setting is as it should be, set at 0, for normal store. Thus the confusion about why my site is NOT displaying "Add to Cart" buttons, when my store staus is set to live store, and all my "add to cart" options are checked.
