Default How do I use FileZilla?

    Hi,

I have never used this before. It's running but when I click on admin I get a little window.

    Server Adresss:

    0.0.0.0

    Port

    12345

If the server is not 0.0.0.0 you have to specify the server password.

and the checkbox always connect to server box option.

    Other than that...

A Google search for filezilla tutorial should give you lots of answers.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

ok trying some tutorails and entered in what I believe is all the right info (my host gave it to me)

but this is what I'm getting

    Connected, waiting for authentication
Protocol error: Unknown protocol identifier (0x50 0x50 0x48).
    Connection to server closed.
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds

it keeps repeating - anyone else seen it?

Sounds like you're using FileZilla Server.

    Try FileZilla Client.

Yes, definitely download Filezilla FTP Client. With the FTP Client you will be able to transfer large batches of files at one time to your directories. Firezilla is pretty easy to utilize and the dashboard shows you your desktop and the remote location of where you are uploading your files.

Make sure you find out what your host's FTP server is. I hope this helps.

    Client? There's a client?

I thought I just had to click on the admin thing from the xampp control panel.

I'm glad that it worked for you. It will save you a lot of time. Especially, if you want to upload more Zen Carts.
