Where did my manufactures page go?

Hey there,
I posted this thread a while back about the same problem and i got a few tips on how to fix it, but ended up not working.

I am currently running 1.3.7,
When i am in the admin section i can not get into the "manufactures" page. When i hover my mouse over the link to it. The address clearly shows that page, but when i click on it. I get that "page not found" page showing up. When i posted this problem last time i was told to get a fresh "manufactures" page from a 1.3.7 appt. and replace mine with it. I tried that. And that did not work. If anyone can please help me get a better idea what the problem is and what i can do about it that would be great, thanks in advance.
