I would like to place an image with link in die right corner like:
http://www.positivessl.com/

It must be save on SSL pages as well, means, no error messages in IE.

Is it possible to change the Comodo mod to just do it?

I like the comodo solution too. The javascript for the comodo 'corner of trust' is remote from the site on the comodo secure servers. So, I think you are going to struggle to use that code, but maybe someone who knows more than me will disagree.
