Transfer products from one install to another

Hi,

I have 2 install's of Zencart. How would I take the products from one install and place these into a new install.

I also have product attributes which would need transfering over?

Assuming that these are similar/identical

Use phpmyadmin and select the table subset to export and import this to the other shop
