Define page editor problem

It's been a year since i started to use Zen-cart,everything was fine until one day i found that when i finished editing the Define_main_page.php, i clicked save. And everything looks normal,but actually it didn't take any effect while i refresh the main page.

This is really weird, can anyone help me? BTW,the other define page like "contact us" works fine.

I've changed the file permisson to 777, and it didn't work.

Are you editting this page:

includes/languages/english/html_includes/apple_zen/define_main_page.php

Note: the dir. "apple_zen" above would also need to have permissions of 777

Remember to change permissions back when finished.
755 for dir.
644 for files

Hey guys... It's not working... My main page was freezed,even i change the theme,it doesn't take effect...

Any suggestion?

I have a new found.. No matter what changes i made to the main page, it never take efffect. (like adding featured product ,special product and so on...) My main page was freezed!!
