Zencart/Sourceforge Download Link not working

I wanted to try upgrading my store from 1.3.7 to latest 1.3.8a. Followed the download link in my store Admin to the Sourceforge site but when I click on the name of the file from the list of those available, I get an error that says the file cannot be found.

I do my best not to assume, and in this case searched the page thoroughly, but found no other download link, so I had to assume the filename was the download link. If I'm wrong, and there is an actual download button somewhere on that page, I would appreciate someone pointing it out to me. If not, then the link provided is broken.

Also, I tried downloading using both Firefox and Internet Explorer just to be sure it wasn't my browser...got the same result.

Is there another download site I can try?
