Emergency: Why Can't I create pages using EZ Pages?

I want to create some pages like About us page, but when I create pages using EZ-pages, the content shows nothing but a single letter.

Here is a snap of the problem. By the way, if I can not possilbly use EZ-page to create pages, is there any alternative?

You don't mention languages, but I see in 1.jpg some ?japanese/chinese characters in the heading. What languages do you have installed, and are you using any other mods that might be relevant to language?

That's Chinese, just part of it.
I am using English.

I installed English version, but some settings in the admin panel are using Chinese to make it easy for someone who is not good at English.

But I don't think it a language problem.

If "some settings are using Chinese", then there must have been some language mods done, and anything that affects how/what text displays might have some effect on the database... it requires someone familiar with the inner workings of this part of the system to do more than guess blindly at this point.

So if I drop this EZ PAGES, and use define pages, how Can I create three pages?

How can i make the pages located in includes\languages\english\html_includes DIR appear?
I see there is a file called define_privacy. When I type www.mydomain.com/privacy.html, it shows the full cotent. So I made a copy of the file and rename it as define_About_Us. But when I type www.mydomain.com/About_Us.html in the address bar, it just doesn't show up. How can I create pages with define pages fuction?

I know I am kind of blind and even stupid, but I have to solve the problem, any response would be greatly appreciated!

There is an About Us page mod in Free Addons which is a demonstration of how to make a new define page- there are about seven files that have to be created for each new page.

If you are having problems with the ez-page editor, you may have similar problems with the define page editor. Best to find out what is happening and fix it.
