MS Dynamics GP - Has anyone connected to it?

Hi,

I have a client that uses MS Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) software to manage their parts and service business. They want to have visitors browse their inventory of parts and purchase online, and checkout with PayPal. Has anyone connected to this database with Zen Cart before? Or should I be using the Excel csv update with the Easy Populate add-in module? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

If you want Zencart to connect to the MSSQL database, it could probably be done througn ODBC, but it would be a lot of work.

If you just want to move the data once, from one to the other, you could export the data as a .CSV, or use Easy Populate. You would have to match the fields.

I'd guess you'd be happier using a cart designed for MSSQL.
