Installed OK, but gives blank page - fatal error

I've installed it, and the admin works, but when I want to visit the shop front in IE and Firefox, I just get a blank page.

My service provider suggested the following:

contact the maker of the script for more information or disable any
modules that you've installed that could be causing this problem.

Check the similar threads listed at the bottom of this posting

Mifgr check this file byte size on your server via an FTP client
includes/languages/english/credit_cards.php
make sure that it is not "0" bytes

And read the tutorial I searched for blank page

Thanks Cobra, I did read the manual and the posts below.

The file creditcard.php is about 4kb, so it has info in it.

I installed ZenCart through a control panel from my website...but it said it installed the website sucessfully. So I didnt upload it myself, etc.

I actually dont know what I should do further, should I change the permissions of some of the files?
