Sending HTML emails to GMail accounts

Sending HTML emails to GMail accounts

It seems that when emails are sent to customers they work in yahoo mail but do not display in HTML when I send to GMail accounts. They are signed up as HTML when they sign up but the emails don't come out the way that they should.

Does anyone know why that would be?

Unless you have said "Always display images from" this is true.

As Melanie said, the GMail recipient has to edit his settings to allow your HTML to be displayed. You can't do anything about it.
