Look at the options when you set up Free Shipping Options in Admin - Modules - Shipping. It's pretty self-explanatory.

Thanks for the response but it does not have a date range like the salemaker module.

What I want to do is offer free shipping using a date range as well as amount spent i.e. spend $50 or more for free shipping in the next 7 days or 1 day to get free shipping on your order.

Does a module exist that can do that?
