Hey everyone,

I checked out the thread entitled "HOW-TO: Image Preparation" in First Steps & General Customization Issues, and I may have missed something.

My logo and header seem to bleed into the background. The clarity isn't what it should be.

Could this be because the files were created and uploaded as a jpeg? If so, how do I rectify this where I get a sharper image?

Do I need a certain program to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
