Telephone number required but not being given

Hello,

am hoping for advice please. I need the telephone number so put it in as a required box, I have it set to more than 3 numbers in config, it has a red star and required by the side of it, but they are able to complete checkout and not input a number. Payment via Paypal.

I can't arrange delivery without it (full pallet, huge items!)
What have I set up wrong? www.woodstores.co.uk

If the details are being set based on the customer's PayPal details, maybe you just need to edit your PayPal profile Payment Receiving settings and tell it to require the customer's telephone number. Otherwise, if the customer doesn't check the permission box to share the phone number, PayPal won't share that info with you.
