Default Admin > Configuration > Sessions question

Hmm... what should be in this field? I originally installed on my local server (my pc), then copied to a test environment on my remote server. I'm now moving/copying to a production environment. As I'm following the tutorial, it tells me to update Admin > Configuration > Sessions to reflect the new folder name. But I find that I'm pointing to a location on my PC, and not somewhere on my remote server. I'm thinking I should have updated this when I moved from local to remote, and obviously didn't. But I don't know what goes in here (what format).

    Thanks.

Default Re: Admin > Configuration > Sessions question

If you are talking about admin > config > sessions > Session Directory

Then look at your configure.php for your actual path and amend that to be along the line of

    Session Directory
If sessions are file based, store them in this directory.
    /home/accout_name/public_html/cache
Or Maybe this and depends upon how your host is setup
    Session Directory
If sessions are file based, store them in this directory.
    /httpd/docs/account/docs/cache
