Cannot log into admin

Yesterday everything was fine and since then nothing has changed but when i went to log into the admin control panel i cannot do so. If i reenter my username and password it will not be accepted. If i ask for password to be sent my email address is not recognised. Please can anyone help ?

here is tutorial on how to reset your admin user name and pass .

if nothing is being recognized.make sure you have not been hacked.

using your FTP , loginto your store and look for any suspicious files .

once you gain control of your admin , look and see if there are additional admin have been added to the list .

Done this but cannot see anything different.
