getting blank screen on login

I'm getting a blank screen when I try to login. After I created my new account I got a blank screen.

I have the Debug Utility installed and here is what is in the log file:

[10-Jul-2009 12:30:12] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/cart/public_html/store/includes/languages/english/header.php:31) in /home/cart/public_html/store/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

I'm not sure what this means???

I had a similar error a few years ago (wording was a bit different) and I had to remove a blank line in my header file that was occurring before(I think) the <?php

anyway that may give you something to look at before someone intelligent arrives to help

The file listed first is usually the cause for the error
If you have edited this file look at what you have done and insure it is correct and/or replace it with a fresh copy
