    Default Redirect checkout success for iTransact module

    Where do I set what page the user is sent to after the order has been placed and is successful?

    I'm creating the passback page for iTransact. After the order is placed I want a receipt/summary to show.

    Why don't you incorporate the receipt into the checkout_success page?
    That way you keep the existing functionality, and add the parts you need also.

    How does your module pass back ? What address does it return to ?

    I thought I had posted a question here, but I do not see it now. So I will do it again, hope to get an answer. If I am doing it in the wrong place, will someone kindly let me know?

    I am having a problem with the addresses in the check out process. I need to redirect the customer through either one, or 2 pages during the check out process (not sure till I look at it) but I am not seeing the file I need to change this in. Does anyone know where I can change the address, what file?

    This is what the customer says too, just for more insight.

    Everything is working fine up until you enter credit card info, the card get charged without a problem but a message pops up that tells you to press continue to finish processing the order (after you have paid for it) and it takes you back to the store and gives you a error message that the page can not be found. I have attached a screen shot. The credit card payment gets processed but it does not look like it is going through the store. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I had a chance to look at this a little more. This is what I get. I get to the last step in checking out and it asks me for my CC #. I put it in and it directs me to this address :

    There it asks me to click continue, when I do so, it then brings me to a page on the zen site that gives me an error and then site map at this address:
    Not all showing up, but a long address with dashes and % signs.

    Any idea what I need to do? Someone.... help me please!!!!!

    Default iTransact problem

    I am working on a site where they are using ITransact and having issues with the redirect page. I need to specify the exact page address to redirect to after the CC payemht has been processed. It is currently redirecting to another page and I need to change it. Do you know which file needs to be changed and where it is located?

    I came across an error on our store the other day and was wondering if you had any idea or could help me. I am not sure if I should post this here or in another thread.
